Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Responsible for the operations and maintenance of the airport engineering equipment / installations / facilities for system serviceability and availability.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Supervises and ensures full execution of SAP System (Plant Maintenance Module)
• Provides guidance, advice, and direction to all subordinates to promote high standard of maintenance culture, efficiency, productivity, teamwork, quality services, and personnel job enrichment
• Revises PPM checklist, tasks list, and master data, and analyzes technical reports to identify trends for facilities and equipment breakdowns and recommends continuous improvement
• Reviews the performance of the facilities / system and provides input and recommendation for any upgrading or refurbishment work
• Establishes new contracts, manages, and ensures contractors deliver the service standard as required in the contract for outsourcing work
• Executes the master maintenance plans and master maintenance schedules, as well as implements approved capital and operating budget
• Achieves the KPI
• Complies with Standard of regulatory requirement (MAHB Policies and Procedure)
