Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure production schedules are met and achieve key KPIs .
• Plan manpower and machine capacity; dispatch work orders as required.
• Drive quality, yield, and workmanship improvements.
• Monitor and control direct material usage and inventory management.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement activities.
• Train, coach, and develop operators; support retention and cross-training programs.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, company policies, and quality management systems.
• Perform other duties assigned by immediate superior.
