Position Overview :
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Head of Engineering to lead our engineering team in delivering innovative FinTech solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading engineering teams in a product-driven environment and a deep understanding of the financial technology landscape. This role will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and will be a key member of the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities :
Leadership and Management :
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of engineers to achieve company goals.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement engineering strategies that align with the company's vision and objectives.
Product Development :
Work closely with product management, design, and other stakeholders to define and execute the product roadmap.Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable products on time and within budget.Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, including Agile methodologies, code reviews, and automated testing.Technical Excellence :
Oversee the technical architecture and ensure the robustness, scalability, and security of the platform.Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, leveraging them to enhance the company's technological capabilities.Ensure the engineering team adheres to high standards of code quality and technical documentation.Strategic Planning :Collaborate with the executive team to define and prioritize strategic initiatives.Assess and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the scalability and sustainability of the engineering efforts.Drive the development and execution of technical roadmaps and long-term engineering goals.Team Development :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a product-driven environment.Proven experience in the FinTech industry or a strong understanding of financial systems and technologies.Demonstrated success in leading and scaling engineering teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Strong technical background with expertise in modern software development practices and technologies.Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions.Passion for innovation and a track record of driving continuous improvement.What We Offer :
