Job Responsibilities

• Provide materials support for ongoing production activities.
• Coordinate with the Production Planner on material requisitions and purchase order (PO) issuance.
• Review long lead-time items for confirmed customer orders and release orders accordingly.
• Generate and release purchase orders based on ERP shortage reports.
• Follow up on PO confirmations, backlogs, and open POs to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare monthly materials status reports and highlight exceptions to the Manager.
• Perform physical goods receiving and system updates; generate incoming inspection reports for sub-out orders.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by your superior.
