Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a small team of 2-4 individuals to develop and manage Supply Chain Sustainability policies and programs as well as the Supplier Relationship Management activities (SRM)
• Scope of this team includes developing, refining, and managing the sustainability programs, including RBA, CMRT, supplier conformance to GF EHS policies and GSC principles as well as Supplier Relationship Management
• Plan and implement efforts to demonstrate the organization\'s commitment to sustainability, the environment and social responsibility
• Drive GSC PFAS reduction and low GWP gas strategies in concert with Commodity Heads, EHS team, and end users in the fab
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, e.g., comms team, EHS, GSM, Legal, etc.
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
• Work and collaborate on other projects and / or assignments as needed.
