The team is responsible for the consumer-focused marketing efforts of all Grab services in Malaysia, including existing services like GrabCar, GrabPay, GrabFood, GrabMart, and newer additions like Grab Dine Out. Get to Know the Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving growth for Grab's mobility business through new product launches and service expansion, increasing ride bookings, and acquiring new users across the country. You will lead the planning, strategizing, and execution of marketing initiatives across key mobility segments, including passenger acquisition and driver-partner engagement.

You'll be involved across the entire spectrum of Grab Malaysia's Mobility marketing activities—consumer brand positioning, demand stimulation, corporate social reputation, and empowering our driver partners' success—so your approach to marketing challenges needs to balance both logic and creativity, rigour and imagination.

You will report to Head of Marketing, MY and will be based onsite at Grab Petaling Jaya office.

50% Lead Marketing Strategy

• You will drive business growth across all target segments through acquisition and retention plans that hit business objectives and build brand loyalty.

30% Marketing Communications and Go-to-Market Campaign Lead
