Finance & Accounts Officer

Company Overview :

We are a trading and OEM company specializing in outdoor lighting and electrical components, serving clients across Malaysia and Singapore. As our business expands, we require a reliable finance professional to manage accounting across multiple related entities under the same ownership.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, staff claims, and petty cash
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy
• Prepare supplier payments and coordinate with Ops team on delivery status
• Handle invoice matching (PO & GRN), e-invoice reporting, and audit schedules
• Manage full set accounts for related entities
• Liaise with external accountants, tax agents, and company secretary
• Support payroll processing and director-related financial matters
• Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
