We are a trading and OEM company specializing in outdoor lighting and electrical components, serving clients across Malaysia and Singapore. As our business expands, we require a reliable finance professional to manage accounting across multiple related entities under the same ownership.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, staff claims, and petty cash
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy
- Prepare supplier payments and coordinate with Ops team on delivery status
- Handle invoice matching (PO & GRN), e-invoice reporting, and audit schedules
- Manage full set accounts for related entities
- Liaise with external accountants, tax agents, and company secretary
- Support payroll processing and director-related financial matters
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMinimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in full set or partial accountingFamiliar with Excel; experience in SQL Accounting or similar software is a plusDetail-oriented, trustworthy, and organizedComfortable managing tasks across multiple companies in a lean SME setup
