Job Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee Rest N Go stations.
- Responsible for promoting RNG products and Rest N Go services to potential customers.
- To provide excellent customer service to walk in customers and any inquiries via phone calls.
- To achieve monthly sales target set by the company.
- Manage sales performance of stations in align weekly, monthly, and annual targets.
- Conducting training sessions with new staff.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Manage a team of employees, providing leadership, guidance and performance feedback.
- Analyses operational data from MRS system to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Analyses operational data and KPIs to assess performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior.
Job Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least minimum education of SPM or equivalent.Candidate must have at least 1 year of experience as a Branch Manager / Assistant Branch Manager.Must be willing to work during weekend & public holidays.Must have own transportation.Must be willing to travel.Working Location : Melaka & Johor Area (Muar, Batu Pahat, Pagoh, Kluang, Machap, Segamat)
