Job Description – Data Visualizer (Developer Profile)

???? Location : Kuala Lumpur (KL)
???? Notice Period : Maximum 30 days

About the Role

The IT Lines extension in Kuala Lumpur will work closely with business support areas and IT headquarters in Paris and Luxembourg . This role will collaborate with the Quality of Service team , infrastructure & service providers , and external data vendors to deliver high-quality data visualization and business intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using DigDash Enterprise , ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Monitor, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve DigDash processes and report generation issues.

Apply strong SQL knowledge and work with data lake architectures and querying tools (e.g., Vertica, PostgreSQL ).

Collaborate effectively with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders across France, Luxembourg, and Malaysia.

Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance within dashboards and visual outputs.

Optimize dashboard performance and manage data refresh cycles .

Support user training , promote self-service BI adoption , and prepare documentation.

Implement security and access controls within the DigDash platform.

Participate in continuous improvement of BI practices, including visual storytelling and UI / UX design.

Required Skill Set

️ Proficiency in DigDash Enterprise (mandatory)

️ Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Vertica & PostgreSQL

️ Solid understanding of data modeling, metadata, ETL / ELT processes, and business KPIs

️ Experience in building clean, performant, and insightful dashboards

️ Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Java

️ Knowledge of Agile methodologies

️ Exposure to other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau ) is a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

Innovation-driven and Agile mindset

Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus)

Experience Required

Senior : 6+ years

(Experience in Finance, Banking, or Insurance industry is preferred.)

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems , or related field.

Certifications in BI / Analytics tools are a plus.
