As a Recruitment Professional, you are the main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, guiding them through the full recruiting lifecycle. Work with a team using innovative approaches to attraction, sourcing, selection, interviewing, offering, and closing.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the end‑to‑end experience for standard and niche roles including sourcing, screening, closing and stakeholder engagement.
- Subject matter expert in a specific domain, industry or function, relentlessly creating and expanding diverse candidate pipelines.
- Understand evolving client group, competition and market dynamics to anticipate talent and hiring shifts.
- Prepare and consult with client groups regarding hiring needs, strategy and execution.
- Focus on individual / team objectives and developing professional effectiveness.
Skills

They drive all recruiting and staffing programs and activities related to the attraction, sourcing, selection and hiring of experienced professionals.
Requirements
English and Japanese speaking skills.Proficiency in Japanese—native speakers or candidates with strong Japanese language skills are required (JLPT N1 preferred).Skilled in sourcing candidates using external tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Marketing Insights.Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Results‑driven and comfortable working in a KPI performance environment.Seniority level
