Software Support Executive

Location : Penang Island / Butterworth

Employment Type : Full-time

We’re looking for a motivated, self-driven individual who can take ownership of tasks without close supervision. Fresh graduates are welcome if confident to work independently — ideally with 1–2 years of internship or practical project experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide software support and troubleshooting for accounting and business management systems.
• Assist clients in installation, configuration, and usage of company software.
• Conduct training sessions and demonstrations for customers.
• Work closely with the implementation and development teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Develop and maintain applications using C# and .NET on Windows platform (Advantage).
• Assist in network setup, remote access configuration, and basic IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate in technical troubleshooting and support.
