Job descriptionDefine project scope, deliverables, milestones, and resources in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and manage detailed project plans covering schedules, budgets, risks, and communications. Lead Agile / Scrum ceremonies or hybrid project management practices as needed. Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders. Provide regular updates, status reports, and presentations to management and stakeholders. Manage expectations, handle change requests, and resolve escalations efficiently. Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams. Clarify roles, resolve blockers, and promote effective collaboration across technical and non-technical groups. Escalate resource or priority conflicts when necessary. Ensure deliverables meet agreed standards, SLAs, and documentation requirements. Oversee testing, approvals, and smooth post-go-live transitions. Maintain compliance with internal processes and policies. Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks proactively. Escalate critical issues with recommended solutions to leadership. Deliver regular progress reports including risks, KPIs, and financial updates. Maintain up-to-date project documentation and records. Capture lessons learned and contribute to process improvements. PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master (CSM) certification. Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. Experience with cloud platforms, enterprise applications, or automation systems.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of technology-driven projects. You will oversee planning, execution, and successful handover while ensuring projects create measurable business impact. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver high-quality results on time and within scope.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience in technical or software implementation projects.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering client-facing solutions.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, or equivalent).
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
