Senior UX Designer - Hybrid

We are looking for a motivated Senior UX / UI Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the design team and product managers as well as cross-functional stakeholders, and collaborating with developers to help deliver our product goals.  You will be working across B2C (app and web) and B2B / partner-facing experiences and own end‑to‑end product design from discovery to delivery, shaping outcomes for millions of customers and our brand partners.

Responsibilities : Lead design for one or more product areas; drive work from problem framing through to shipped outcomes.

Collaborate with design team and product managers to create user-friendly interfaces.

Participate in design critiques and feedback sessions to refine concepts.

Translate insights into flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs; Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.

Present work clearly and drive alignment.

Requirements : A degree in Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or any related field.

5+ years’ experience in UX / Product Design (UX / UI) .

Strong portfolio demonstrating UX / UI design process and outcomes.

Proficiency in Figma.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

A passion for design, data and eagerness to learn and grow within the field.
