Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our dynamic team at RAKAN.
Responsibilities
- Finance & Accounts Responsibilities : Verify purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices and ensure all entries accurate in accounting system.
- Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
- Administration Responsibilities : Perform general office administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing financial documents.
- Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, related to accounting matters.
- To assist in any ad-hoc tasks related to financial accounting & business operations as required.
Qualifications
SPM holder and above is welcomed.Have clear thinking, committed, meticulous, good time management, resourceful, proactive, able to work independently, effective verbal and written communication skill, honest and resilient.Familiar with accounting environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;IT skillset, knowledge of accounting software, and Microsoft tools are good.Position is based in Semenyih, Malaysia.Compensation, Benefits and Perks
The salary is RM2000 - RM 2500 per month.
