Business Analyst / Project Coordinator - OG
Responsibilities :
- Consulting Support : Assist in planning and monitoring projects, ensuring solutions stay within scope and budget.
- Solution Design : Collaborate with teams to design and implement solutions that address business challenges and improve efficiency.
- Data Analysis & Reporting : Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders.
- Business Process Improvement : Evaluate current processes and systems, identify inefficiencies, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Requirement Gathering & Documentation : Elicit and document business and functional requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Act as a liaison between business units and IT, supporting project managers and communicating findings to stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis and project coordination / management.Strong skills in data analysis and database management.Proven ability to produce process documentation and reports.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) is an advantage.Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and project delivery support.Proficiency in data visualization tools.Strong technical writing skills.Beyondsoft (Malaysia) Sdn.
