Pro Shop Assistant / Supervisor

We are looking for talented candidates to undertake :

• Responsible for customer’s overall in-store experience by providing excellent customer service, recommending suitable paddles to suit customer’s needs and / or offering alternatives.
• Able to communicate with customers by providing comprehensive product information and share brand knowledge
• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times
• Ensure high customer satisfaction from time to time.
• Perform stock take activity for stores and prepare reports as assigned.
