Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Handle inquiries related to products, services, and warranty claims.
- Register and track service requests, complaints, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution for customers.
- Provide clear updates and explanations to customers regarding service status.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure the service centre environment is organized, professional, and customer friendly.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Prior experience in customer service or service centre is an advantage.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to remain patient and professional when handling complaints.Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry systems).Team player with a positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.Job Benefits
Working hours : 9.30am-10.30pm (mall operation hours)Working days : 4 working days with 3 days off / 5 working days with 2 days off (Mon - Sun, rotational)Working location : Pavilion Bukit Jalil / Sunway Pyramid / Sunway SquareSalary package : Basic RM2150–RM2500Allowances : Commission (Unlimited) + shift allowance + OT allowance + Mandarin Language Allowance (RM300)Seniority level
