From a friendly welcome to a quick and easy payment process, you will always deliver a 5-star shopping experience. Decathlon invests heavily in teammate development to help those who want to build careers within the business flourish. Responsibilities : 1. To Customers Welcome customers professionally Ensure customer satisfaction by offering suitable solutions for returns, complaints, checkout, etc. Know the technical features and benefits of Decathlon products to recommend appropriate products and services Develop a network of customers both in-store and online to build relationships Passionately share sports knowledge and help customers discover new sports Encourage loyalty card subscriptions to improve customer information 2. To Decathlon Malaysia Align with department goals and work with the team to achieve them Promote innovation and enhance the in-store sports experience Use resources and tools to boost Decathlon Malaysia's sales Arrange store layout according to principles and guidelines Create high-quality store displays based on Satisfied Customer Family (FCS) standards Maintain the layout to ensure good presentation and customer satisfaction Ensure stock accuracy and availability using the automatic replenishment system 3. For Safety of People and Goods Enforce safety and security standards in the store Follow fire safety and evacuation procedures 4. Development and Skills Enhancement Participate in training sessions and develop training skills to become a trainer
