Job descriptionHelp plan, monitor, and manage project timelines and deliverables Work with different departments to gather and combine project updates Track and update project status, outstanding tasks, and key milestones Prepare and organize project documents like BOMs, schedules, trial reports, and NPI checklists Assist in creating documentation for RFQ, trial runs, and mass-production plans Support customer communications about project schedules and deliverables Follow up on customer requests, feedback, and action items Keep an eye on shipment timelines and coordinate with logistics Help track payment progress and assist with necessary follow-ups Join internal and client project review meetings and take notes when needed Maintain project records and databases for audit and traceability
Requirements :
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Management, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with ERP systems and project tracking tools (an added advantage)
- Good communication skills in English and Japanese
- A proactive team player who can work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and grow into a project management role
