JOB PURPOSE :

The Value Creation Supply Analyst plays a crucial role in driving the actions as a finance business partner for commercial functions, including supply chain, sales, marketing, and other related areas. This position is pivotal in driving financial performance and contributing to the company’s growth and profitability. If you are passionate about market analysis, detail-oriented, and eager to make a significant impact, this role is perfect for you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Financial operation : End to end ownership of supply chain cost. Review actuals and forecasts of material prices (Transfer Price), logistic cost, business waste and supply chain overheads. Accountable for the P&L, movements and gaps to business targets.
• Reporting : Prepare and present detailed reports on supply chain cost and performance metrics. Support senior stakeholders by providing detailed cost analysis and insights into cost changes across forecast cycles and between different years.
• Forecasting : Ensure accuracy of monthly financial forecast by leading and ensuring a robust Country S&OP. Work with Unilever Finance Team to ensure cash-up process is done in a timely and quality manner.
• Optimization : Monitor and analyse financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for cost‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
