About the role

Join the Club Med team as a Restaurant Manager overseeing multiple restaurants and bars within our premium all‑inclusive resort. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, leading a talented team, managing budgets, and upholding Club Med’s high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain personalized relationships with clients to ensure a top‑quality welcome and dining experience.
• Organize, coordinate, and supervise team members, setting seasonal goals and ensuring adherence to Club Med standards.
• Optimize service budgets by monitoring expenses and enhancing profitability.
• Create a warm and friendly atmosphere; decorate restaurants according to evening themes.
• Develop team members through coaching and training.
• Ensure compliance with Club Med’s standards and the application of hygiene and safety procedures.
