Executive, Property Development Licensing

Lease Renewal and Negotiation

Oversee lease renewals and negotiate favorable terms.
Coordinate documentation and ensure agreements are properly stamped.
Advise on options like surrender, expansion, or refurbishment of stores / malls.

Rental & Statutory Payments

Handle annual Quit Rent and bi-annual Assessments for all properties.

Upload invoices and purchase orders via Oracle for timely payments.

Prepare and initiate standing instructions for regular rental payments.

Manage top-ups of security deposits and liaise with Finance for utility payments.

Legal & Documentation

Arrange signing of lease documents with Company Secretary, SLTs, and Commissioner of Oath.

Maintain organized filing of all lease and tenancy documents, including digital copies.

Work with Facilities Management (FM) and Projects teams on landlord repair obligations and defects.

Liaise with solicitors to issue notices or letters of demand when needed.

Negotiate with landlords to resolve issues amicably.

Special Projects & Events

Support Solar Project rollout by securing landlord consent.

Coordinate with internal teams for events or initiatives in landlord spaces.

Attend store opening ceremonies and build relationships with landlords.

Land & Property Matters

Engage with landlords, surveyors, and valuers on land subdivisions and related issues.

What You’ll Bring to The Role

Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Quantity Survey or related to property disciplines.

Experience in managing a diverse property portfolio, contracts and valuation.

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, strong influencing and communication skills.

Strong personal drive and willingness to get things done.

Self‑motivated, resilience and committed to deliver on time and to a high quality.

Can work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
