Organisational Change Management Consultant

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 10-15 years of IT experience
• Must have experience in Dynamics 365 ERP implementation.
• Must have experience in stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations to identify change risks and mitigation strategies.
• Must be able to collaborate with project teams, business leaders, and HR to ensure alignment of change initiatives with organizational culture and values.
