Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Optical Test Engineer to join us. You will be responsible for designing, setting up, executing, and optimizing optical test solutions to verify and ensure the performance, reliability, and consistency of our optical products (such as lenses, lasers, sensors, displays, optical modules, etc.). You must possess a deep understanding of optical principles, proficiency in operating various precision optical instruments, and strong data analysis and problem-solving skills to safeguard product design improvements and mass-production quality.

Key Responsibilities

Test Solution Design & Development :

• Design, develop, and validate innovative optical test plans, test procedures (SOPs), and test fixtures based on product optical specifications and industry standards.
• Evaluate and select appropriate test equipment, instruments and test methodologies.
