Process & Production Engineer

This role is pivotal in enhancing production output through effective plant design, technical evaluation, and strategic planning. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop process flow diagrams, instrumentation layouts, and technical documentation that drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead research and development of efficient plant processes to optimize mining output.
• Deliver technically sound results with minimal rework, aligned to project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and performance monitoring of production systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment and workflow issues to minimize downtime.
• Uphold safety and health compliance, proactively identifying production risks.
• Continuously evaluate and improve production processes and equipment for maximum efficiency and quality.
