Conduct data analysis and discovery to identify trends and correlations to uncover insights.Recommends information that should be analyzed based on key indicators, works to determine root cause, and / or identify areas of concernWork cross-functionally as needed to enable data architecture and solutions that best meet the analytics and reporting needs of the businessTranslate results into effective and impactful dashboards and reports that enable information sharing across the organisation and helps senior management better understand the story and trends about their workforceStay current and updated of new functionality, approaches, and best practices. Expand analytics to bring these new approaches to businesses to answer critical talent questionsDesign and implement holistic data governance processes and structures including a focus on data access and security to enable stakeholders access the data they need to be successfulParticipate in the design and implementation of new people analytics strategies to drive insights about CIMB’s workforceEnsure the development of proper training and documentation for analysis processes to ensure expanded use within the organisationManage confidentiality of data by following established security / confidentiality standards and support the accuracy of data through collaboration with data custodiansImprove data integrity in collaboration with Regional Reporting and HRBPs to achieve high quality, actionable data & metricsEnsures compliance with regulatory requirements, CIMB policies & procedures, guidelines and the Department’s policies and procedures regionallyWorks closely with team members within Organisation Design, Workforce Planning & HR-PMO and to actively participate in task / projects assigned.To perform any other responsibilities / task as assigned by the management from time to time.Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
