Finance / Account Executive

Position Title : Accounts & Finance Assistant Responsibilities

Prepare monthly management accounts, sensitivity, and analytical reports for the Company. Prepare annual financial accounts for the company and provide detailed management information as required. Liaison with external auditors and tax agents. Ensure that all accounting ledgers are maintained accurately and all accounting reconciliations are completed each month. Schedules are to be provided as required. Maintain Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable listings and monitor the timing of collections and payments. Prepare payment vouchers with relevant supporting documents properly checked. Assist in cash flow management (cash flow projections and monitoring). Responsible for daily operational matters and any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Director. Requirements

Possess at least Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent. Minimum Three (3) years working experience in related field. Background and experience in Foreign Trade industry is an added advantage. Communication skills, Accounting software application / MS Office Application Skills. Good Mandarin proficiency is a MUST as well as English and Malaysian languages. Avoid communication barriers which 1st highly emphasized. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers." Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping Have a positive, proactive communication and studious work attitude and skills. With processional ethics and abide by the company's articles of association. Able to handle the daily affairs effectively and no causing with economic losses of the company.
