You will play an essential role in :
- Responsible for sales and marketing of sanitary wares, tap fittings & other building materials to developers, architects, retailers & contractors.
- Plan, identify and secure new sales and business opportunities to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Conduct product presentation, introduction, and demonstration.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers through regular visits.
- Negotiates with principals for the best pricing and other terms in the company's best interest.
- Oversee team to ensure timely follow-up on delivery, shortage, and complaint matters.
- Monitor and drive the team to achieve the monthly collection targets.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
What help you excel in this role :
Candidates must possess at least Diploma.At least 3 years of hands-on relevant experiences.Good Management Skills plus ability to interact effectively at all levels.Independent with great strategic thinking, analytical, planning and presentation skill.Good commercial knowledge with outstanding negotiation skill, communication skill, and team management ability.Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word), accounting software, CRM, and general computer skill.Possess good written and communication skills in English.This role requires regular travel, as part of job responsibility. Candidate should be willing and able to travel as needed.Good contact with developer, architect & interior designer.Seniority level
