Senior Marketing Manager

Job descriptionPlan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns (digital, offline, events, partnerships). Work closely with cross department to support business goals. Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and strong ROI. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights. Oversee digital presence, including website, SEO / SEM, paid ads, and social media. Drive content strategy and storytelling to strengthen brand engagement. Leverage analytics tools to measure performance and optimize digital campaigns. Ensure consistent brand identity and tone across all communication materials. Build relationships with media, influencers, and strategic partners. Manage public relations, press releases, and event communications. At least Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Advertising or Marketing or equivalent. Minimum 7–10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior role . Proficient in strategizing and optimising paid media strategies across platforms like Facebook / Instagram, AdWords, YouTube, and third-party ad platforms. Deep understanding of branding principles, market trends, and consumer behaviours. Creative thinker with a sharp eye for design, aesthetics, and visual storytelling. Strong communication, public relations, presentation, negotiation, and active listening skills. Excellent leadership abilities with a proven track record of inspiring and guiding teams. Skilled in managing budgets, resources, and project timelines effectively. Results-driven with a history of delivering measurable brand growth and market impact. Agile and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Comfortable switching between strategy and execution.
