Quality System Engineering (Engineer / Manager)
Job Title : Quality System Engineering, Senior or Manager (Grade 6-9)

Job Summary
Responsible for implementing and maintaining quality systems across tray assembly and testing operations. The role requires strong structural understanding of quality operations, ensuring compliance, driving defect prevention, and building a robust culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish, maintain, and continuously improve quality systems and procedures across assembly and testing operations.
- Ensure compliance with ISO9001, ITIL, and customer-specific requirements, including internal and external audits.
- Drive process control and standardization, ensuring consistency across incoming inspection, in-process quality, and outgoing product validation.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for product or process issues.
- Collaborate with IQA, OQA, PQE, and CQA functions to align quality standards across the full value chain.
- Provide structured reporting and dashboards for management review of quality KPIs, yield, and defect trends.
- Mentor and guide junior quality engineers and operators, instilling a culture of discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with NPI and System Engineering teams to embed quality into new product introduction, ensuring robust validation and release processes.
- Lead initiatives for customer quality assurance (CQA), addressing feedback, driving reliability improvements, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Support training programs and workshops to ensure company-wide understanding of quality practices and standards.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s in Quality, Engineering, or Manufacturing.Minimum 7-9 years of progressive experience across multiple Quality Assurance roles (e.g., IQA, OQA, PQE, CQA, and Quality Auditing).Must demonstrate comprehensive understanding of quality systems, clear structural knowledge of quality operations, and ability to design, implement, and maintain end-to-end quality processes.Other Skills :Knowledge of ISO9001, ITIL, and industry practicesExperience with failure analysis and CAPA processesStrong documentation and audit skillsAbility to train and influence teamsOther Requirements
Mandarin speaking skills will be added advantage
