Key Responsibilities
- Work with clients and lead Avanade Delivery Teams in planning, designing, building, testing, and maintaining Customer Engagement (CE) solutions
- Lead and review your team’s work across all phases of Avanade projects (Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, Test)
- Lead technical and design teams to ensure consistent, beneficial client interaction and solution delivery
- Design and enable conceptual architecture and technical solutions
- Liaise effectively between customers, IT staff, and business partners to ensure high-quality and timely resolution of customer issues
- Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and test the quality of projects
- Improve client businesses by identifying potential challenges and supporting continuous improvement through their CRM system
Qualifications
Minimum 12 years total working experienceHands‑on experience with D365 Customer Experience / Dynamics CRM in On‑PremisesPreferably experience in CRM projects with financial services institutionsAt least three full‑cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRMExperience with SaaS and / or PaaS environmentsExperience leading teams and working with global, on / offshore teams to establish and maintain CRM technologyDeveloping and deploying business applications using Microsoft’s Dynamics Power PlatformCore skills : C#, SQL, .Net, D365, CRM SDK, CRM plugins, PowerApps, PowerBI, and FlowIntermediate to advanced knowledge of relational database conceptsJob Details
