Job descriptionPrepare ingredients like meats and vegetables daily. Chop, sort, and store food properly. Help the chef cook dishes by following recipes. Keep all work areas clean and sanitized. Set ovens and stoves to the correct temperature. Monitor cooking times and remove dishes when done. Place finished dishes on trays for serving. Clean kitchen floors and equipment regularly. Wash dishes and dispose of trash.
Barista Job Scope :
- Greet customers warmly with a smile.
- Make and serve coffee, tea, and other drinks.
- Follow SOPs to ensure every drink is high quality.
- Explain menu items clearly and promote products.
- Keep the café area clean, restock items, and sanitize tools and equipment.
