Responsibilities :
Customer Service : Create a welcoming and friendly environment for our customers. Greet and assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any inquiries. Ensure prompt and efficient service, consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Food Preparation : Prepare main ingredients, following SOP and maintaining high-quality standards. This includes handling ingredients and ensuring proper presentation for maximum visual appeal.
Cashiering and Order Management : Operate the cash register, accurately process transactions, and handle cash in accordance with company policies. Efficiently manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of snacks.
Maintaining Cleanliness : Maintain a clean and organized snack shop, including workstations, display areas, and dining areas. Follow proper food handling and safety protocols to ensure a hygienic environment.
Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with other Kitchen Crew Members and support team members to ensure smooth operations. Assist in restocking inventory, monitoring supplies, and contributing to a positive team atmosphere.
Promoting Upselling Opportunities : Actively engage with customers to highlight additional menu options, promotions, and special offers. Upsell and recommend add-ons to enhance customers' dessert experience.
