Job Summary :
The Executive, Spare Parts Supply Chain & Purchasing is responsible for managing the end-to-end spare parts operations — from purchasing and order processing to inventory coordination and dealer support. The role ensures that spare parts are sourced, stocked, and delivered efficiently, meeting internal demand and customer expectations within the Aveta Group network.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and process spare parts orders from multiple sales channels (online, offline, and dealer requests).
- Plan, source, and purchase motorcycle spare parts from approved vendors to meet operational needs.
- Monitor inventory levels, reorder points, and stock turnover to ensure optimal supply without overstocking.
- Liaise with suppliers, warehouse teams, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery and stock accuracy.
- Address dealer and customer inquiries on parts pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain and update accurate records of purchase orders, stock movements, and inventory data in the system.
- Generate periodic reports on purchasing performance, parts movement, and cost trends for management review.
- Participate in cost control initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve purchasing efficiency and supplier performance.
- Support projects or process improvement initiatives assigned by Management related to spare parts and supply chain operations.
