About the role
We are seeking a solution‑focused professional to manage both new and existing sales opportunities within our current and prospective client base. This role is part of the Cloud Operations team and plays a key role in driving revenue through resold services and renewals.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of resold services such as renewals and product support.
- Engage end customers, channel partners, and vendors.
- Collaborate with internal product sales teams to identify and pursue incremental revenue opportunities.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Perform reporting functions on an ongoing and timely basis, including quotes, bookings, and renewals.
- Meet end users and partners to convey the benefits and pricing of our services.
- Generate documentation to ensure orders booked are invoiced within the permitted time frames.
- Negotiate with buyers to achieve payment within the granted credit period.
- Develop and maintain a quality pipeline of services.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of inside sales or relevant experience in the IT industry.Proven ability to manage contract renewals.Strong customer orientation and a positive, proactive attitude.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Eagerness to learn new products and develop new skills.A collaborative team player who can also work independently.Proficient with IT tools and systems (IT‑savvy).Seniority level
