Role : Customer Sales Specialist
Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Onsite at Menara TRX)
Responsibilities and expectations include leading customer engagements, driving sales opportunities, and delivering a world-class customer experience for Microsoft cloud technologies.
Responsibilities
- Be the first contact point for many customers, deliver a strong first impression and set the foundation for long term customer relationship
- Quaterback sales from lead to purchase; be the main point of contact for customers, leading the sales strategy, overcoming objections and negotiating success
- Engage with small and medium businesses across industries to determine needs and identify opportunities to fulfill them with leading cloud technologies
- Obsess over customers and prospects to deliver a world-class customer engagement experience
- Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities collaborating with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers
- Position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences
- Demonstrate verbally and in writing how customers can capture value and envision their future with Microsoft’s technologies
- Turn prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through criteria such as BANT (budget, authority, need and timeline)
- Meet and exceed targets for net-new revenue and sales pipeline; forecast sales, pipeline and usage; contact 200 leads and create 30 Opportunities per month; maintain daily activity of 60-90 activities
- Use social, digital, video, chat, phone and demonstrations to reach, sell to and manage Microsoft customers
- Collect feedback from customers and articulate it back to the business as "Voice of customer"
- Ad hoc tasks as needed
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree preferredMin 3 years of direct end customer sales experience, preferably inside sales / telesales1-2 years experience in IT H / W Print / PC CC sales (end to end)Advanced English Proficiency for Verbal and Expert Level for ChatExperience in SFDC and other CRM platforms is an advantageWorked in highly measured sales environment with contact rate and conversion awarenessTyping speed : 40 words per minuteProven aptitude to understand and converse about consumer technologyFamiliarity with using a computer, the internet and MS OfficeProficient selling techniques including discovery, closing and overcoming objectionsExcellent conversational English verbal communication, listening and comprehension skillsSoft skills – selling techniques, professionalism, customer service, telephone time managementOther information
