Job Descriptions

Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, we are looking for a highly motivated and driven Finance Executive to join our headquarters! If you are looking for a place for hands‑on experience and making a difference in a fast moving, agile startup environment, this might be the place for you.

You will play a vital role in day‑to‑day finance operations in the company, work closely with key stakeholders to ensure completion and accuracy of financial reporting while being in compliance with the local tax and audit requirements.

You’re a fit for this role, if you :

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting.
• Strong attention to detail, good analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, Xero, SAP, or similar).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and regions.
