QA Inspector / QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping (including FAI inspection).
• Prepare detailed and comprehensive First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) for customers.
• Identify Quality Issues and recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.
• Investigate non-conformities, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain documentation and reports.
• Able to provide technical guidance and assistance to teammates.
• Able to liaise with customers on product acceptance tests, investigate complaints, and initiate corrective actions.
• Able to provide timely and accurate QA status to QA Lead / QA Manager.
• Undertake other role & responsibilities that are assigned by the company and immediate superior from time to time until full closure.
