QA Inspector

Located in Bayan Lepas, Penang, our 35,000 square feet of manufacturing plant is fully air-conditioned and temperature controlled. Our core business includes the manufacturing of precision machining parts (steel / carbide & etc), jigs & fixtures, die sets & die parts, metal & stainless steel fabrication and automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the quality assurance records and execution of periodic inspection on the job.
• Work with internal & external parties to resolve quality issues as quickly as possible.
• Ensure control plans and associated documentation are implemented effectively.
• Perform accurate mechanical, physical & visual inspection of parts.
• Accurately document the results of the inspection & testing on the computer in various programs.
• Ensure that all parts & components have been tested & measured within specifications / tolerances.
