About the Role

A leading multinational company in the water treatment and industrial process solutions industry is seeking a Project Engineer to join their operations team in Johor Bahru .

This position is ideal for an experienced and hands-on engineer who enjoys managing on-site projects, collaborating with clients, and ensuring smooth execution from planning to delivery. You will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency, maintaining technical quality, and ensuring customer satisfaction across various industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout each project phase.
• Collaborate closely with project developers, sales teams, and field engineers to deliver projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Provide technical guidance in system design, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Stay up to date on emerging technologies and best practices in water treatment and industrial engineering .
• Prepare technical documentation, progress updates, and ensure adherence to safety and performance standards.
