Sales Consultant KL

RESPONSIBILITIES :

1.     Attend to clients requests and propose the right products to ensure client's satisfaction.

2.     To build long term client relationship for repeat follow up visits and referral.

3.     To achieve personal and store sales target with the team.

4.     Participate in sales events in-house & external venues.

5.     To handle the daily showroom operation as per SOP with the team.

6.     Any other tasks as and when required.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Candidate must possess at least Secondary / SPM / O / Diploma level in any field of study.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in retail of jewellery, luxury watches & other luxury goods.
• Language : Fluent in English & Bahasa Melayu. Added advantage if able to speak Mandarin to handle the Mandarin speaking clients.
