Requirements

Experience in Chinese cuisine or catering is a plus
Strong time management & must be punctual
Basic food safety knowledge
Hardworking, reliable, and a team player

Responsibilities

Assist Chef in preparing Chinese-Malaysian cuisine for events

Prep ingredients, cook, and plate according to standards

Keep your workstation clean & follow food safety rules

Help manage kitchen stock and maintain equipment

Work at a fast pace & support team during peak hours

Must work on weekends or holidays when events are scheduled
