Senior Executive Finance

Perform periodic financial reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely submission of management reports.

Prepare a financial analysis of the company’s performance, including monthly and quarterly variance analysis.

Coordinate information from various departments and compile the annual budget within the stipulated timeframe.

General Ledger & Reconciliation :

Maintain proper reconciliation of all General Ledger accounts and ensure the integrity of Financial Statements.

Perform monthly bank reconciliation to investigate and resolve any differences identified.

Accounting Compliance & Controls :

Ensure proper treatment and compliance with all accounting transactions and company policies.

Act as a custodian of internal control procedures, ensuring rigorous compliance checks are performed.

Participate in physical count checks (e.g., inventory, fixed assets) to verify records.

Fixed Assets & Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) :

Coordinate CAPEX requests and review fixed asset entries to ensure proper recording and capitalization in the accounting books.

Treasury & Taxation :

Assist daily treasury operations, ensuring the timely execution of financial transactions and processes.

Ensure tax planning and submission are effectively managed and completed within statutory deadlines.

Ad-hoc Duties :

Perform any other ad-hoc duties or tasks as assigned by the management team from time to time.

What we're looking for

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications, such as ACCA, CIMA, or their equivalent, will be an added advantage.

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and reporting

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office applications

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
