• Educational Background : Degree in Accounting
• Experience : Minimum 3 years of working experience, with audit experience is an added advantage.
• Technical Knowledge : Proficiency in Oracle Accounting system, OneStream system, and Consolidation Accounting are an added advantage.
• Power BI skills are an added advantage.
• Analytical Skills : Good analytical ability. Prior experience in financial budgeting, forecasting, and review is an added advantage.
• Software Proficiency : Good working knowledge of MS Office Applications, including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Power BI, and etc.

• Support the Unit Head in conducting comprehensive financial analysis and preparing detailed reports on the financial performance of the company and its business units.
• Collaborate with the Unit Head to develop robust financial projections and facilitate effective budget planning processes.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and expenditure, ensuring alignment with established budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare timely and accurate profit forecasts and cash flow projections to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure the prompt and precise production of financial information and insightful financial commentaries for management and stakeholders.
• Oversee the accurate and timely preparation and submission of various financial reports in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Assist in the posting of accounting journals and the preparation of month-end accounting schedules, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Perform assigned accounts reconciliation promptly, investigating and resolving discrepancies to maintain the integrity of financial records.
• Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as delegated by the Unit Head and Head of Finance, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the function of finance.
• Maintain a high level of professional conduct at all times, including adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and confidentiality agreements.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure clear and effective communication with team members, senior management, and external stakeholders.
• Exhibit leadership qualities, including the ability to foster a positive work environment and lead by example.
