Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Innovations Specialist to work alongside Brand Lead to drive exploration and development of new product opportunities. This role requires a balance of trend-driven creativity and commercial discipline — from identifying opportunities, building strong business cases, developing products, to crafting go-to market strategies.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in brand management and new product development (NPD) and thrives in a collaborative local environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Opportunity & Trend Exploration
- Monitor consumer trends, category dynamics, and competitive landscape in beauty, personal care, and natural care to spot emerging opportunities and unmet consumer needs.
2. Strategic Business Case Development
Translate opportunities into robust business cases with clear rationale, consumer insights and market need-gaps.Perform category sizing and size-of-prize projections to prioritize initiatives.3. New Product Development (NPD)
Champion product development from concept to launch, ensuring quality, compliance, and brand alignment.Manage costings, lead times, and supply agreements to deliver both efficiency and innovation.4. Go-to-Market Strategy
