Job Description :  We are seeking candidates interested in manufacturing planning roles, with relevant experience or fresh graduates are also welcome.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Organize and evaluate the feasibility of the master plan.

2. Prepare production task lists and feeding lists.

3. Monitor the incoming materials of the supplier and the picking process of our company and check the coordination of the missing materials.

4. Track the production progress, evaluate the impact of the schedule, and take measures.

5. Adjust the plan according to changes and exceptions, respond quickly and accurately to abnormal situations, and coordinate and solve them.

6. Conduct procurement requests and self-made dispatch according to the material plan.

7. Complete the organizational goals and other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome, and candidates with 2+ years of experience in the related field (preferably in a manufacturing environment) are preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, ERP system (Including SAP)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred
