About the role
As a Senior Property Development Credit Admin Executive at PINNACLE HOMES Groups of Companies, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial processes and credit administration for the company's property development projects. Based in Subang Jaya, Selangor, this full-time position will see you working closely with the finance and development teams to ensure seamless credit management and compliance.
What you\'ll be doing
- Overseeing the credit approval process for property development projects
- Maintaining detailed records of all credit-related transactions and ensuring accurate reporting
- Liaising with internal departments, external vendors, and customers to resolve credit-related issues
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitoring and analyzing credit data to identify trends and risks
- Implementing and maintaining effective credit control policies and procedures
- Providing support to the finance and development teams as needed
- To handle day to day sales administration operation related to after sales service
- To perform data entries and update records into property software system
- To perform all relevant liaison and coordination with sales agents, purchasers, solicitors and bankers to ensure timely execution of Sale & Purchaser Agreement and Loan Agreement
- Ensuring that the correct procedures and timely processing of documents are carried out on time pertaining to the execution of SPA, reminders and billings
- To check sales status, commission, legal fee payment and to prepare sales reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis
- To assist and prepare end- financier administrative paper works and any other documentation compilation related to conveyancing matters
- Perform the application / renewal of Developers’ License and Advertising Permits and / or other relevant permits required in the course of marketing and sales and are valid all times
- To prepare and ensure timely submission of authority reports such as 7F, NAPIC report, and renewal of APDL
- Assist in project launches and others related events when required
- Any other duties / task assigned by the superior from time to time
What we\'re looking for
A minimum of 5 years\' experience preferably in a credit administration or conveyancing role, preferably within the real estate or property development industryStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound financial decisionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholdersProficient in the use of financial software such as IFCA and Microsoft Office applicationsThorough understanding of credit management principles, regulations, and best practicesA passion for providing exceptional customer service and attention to detailPossess Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Business Studies or Business AdministrationPleasant personality, independent, hardworking and energetic person with good interpersonal and communication skillsProficient in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malay and Mandarin to effectively communicate with especially Mandarin-speaking clients. Ability to communicate local dialects with all levels of stakeholders internally / externally would be an added advantageWilling to work during weekends and public holidaysCommitted, self-motivated, hardworking, responsible, able to work independentlyConfident, proactive and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesWhat we offer
