Key Duties / Activities

• Prepare monthly and YTD Gross Margin Analysis
• Follow up with each sales hunter to ensure the accuracy of order backlog data posted in SAP & Order in Hand report. Ensure all the documentation is completed
• Provide regular cost control reporting of expenditures against Budget.
• Review and revalue standard costing of FG
• Prepare weekly & monthly Sales & OI updates
• Review standard material price in SAP
• Prepare product costing as and when required by Management (Pre & post calculation)
• Provide 3 months inventory forecast
• Provide & control production order number in SAP for rework & warranty activities in Production
• Preparing monthly consumables analysis
• To review product pricing, margin analysis for new and existing products for The Management
• Responsible for timely month end closing and preparation of monthly management accounts
• Prepare bridge for Sales & OI between actual vs forecast / budget in monthly basis
• Prepare & monitor cost center expenses
• Assist in budget / forecast preparation
• Manage key account Customer
• Check / validate offer calculation from Sales department
• Have a sense of teamwork and have good communication skills and service oriented; Sensitive to numbers and have good logical thinking ability; Strong sense of responsibility, work carefully and meticulously; Familiar with SAP system operation.
