Job Responsibilities
- Good systematic marketing to gain and retain customers.
- Retain buyer as loyal customer through
- Ensuring vehicle is properly prepared for delivery
- Following up delivery to ensure customers satisfaction
- Asking for referrals for other prospects
- Exercise proper collections on payment and ensure its compliance.
- Locate prospective of new buyers through national prospective programs including current customers, telephone directories, trade registers, business contacts, personal acquaintances, prospect locator etc and other methods recommended by the Sales Supervisor and Branch Manager.
- Maintain proper prospective system as required by Company or Principal.
- Familiarize themselves with all relevant government legislations and regulations governing the motor trade.
- Ensure records and systems are maintained as required.
- To attend sales training when nominated by Company
- Determine from time to time the viability of penetrating in to competitor’s market.
- Familiarize with every aspect of our range of vehicles / product in order to answer relative questions correctly.
- Fully conversant with Company sales policies and with Company sales and servicing policies.
- Carry out existing laid down company policies.
- Constantly acquire and update knowledge and experience of Company products from time to time.
- Display highest integrity, to exercise initiative, judgment and tact and to conduct you at all times to the complete satisfaction of the Company.
- Maintain prospect records systematically; attain effective use of the system and report daily to sales supervisor / Branch Manager or any other person to whom you are assigned.
- Engage in company business only. Not allowed to trade on personal interest.
- Aggressively and efficiently attend to customers and address complaints that may arise from time to time.
- Ensure follow-up on any aspect of selling
- Perform showroom’s duty on a specified day according to the roster. To ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of the showroom and the vehicles of the day or otherwise inform of your duty.
- Additional duties may be charged to you from time to time as and when necessary.
Education / Professional Qualifications
Proven excellent sales track record in the motor industry, especially with experience in the sale of automobilesExtensive client network.Results – driven, aggressive and a go-getter.Proactive & Results / Target Driven.Enjoy meeting people & Inquisitive mind to uncover customer’s needs.Strong knowledge of Vehicle product.Professional Experience
Candidates without experience in the motor trade industry but have been in the business of selling products to high net worth individuals will also be considered.
