Job Responsibilities :
To perform related documentation (PES System & SAP System) - PO / TO / DO / GR. To update related info in the shared tracking sheet for others stakeholder to better monitoring and follow-up on back order status. Prepare, find, verify and organise new product creation for website i.e., product synopsis, content information, product category & product images. Finding suitable product content information & images for use in website. Follow up product information & images, product pricing, editing and proof reading content. Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary / STPM / "A" Level / Pre-U, Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar roleas an added advantage. Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English,Chinese as an added advantage Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Able to interact and communicate well with colleagues, work independently and organize complex clerical task.
